Petronas Motorsports "Liquid & Metal" Interactive Wall
We were commissioned by Leo Burnett (Kuala Lumpur) to create CGI sequences for Petronas Motorsports "Liquid & Metal" digital interactive installation at Petronas Twin Towers Sky Bridge Visitor's Centre (KLCC).
Two players can interact with the screen simultaneously where a Kinect camera picks up their body gestures and translates that data to move the liquid and metal objects on screen. Once the objects get mixed up at the right amount, it randomly reveals 5 object sequences: mechanic heart, diamond grille, piston, shark, or headlight.

DiGi Buddyz Never Apart
We have collaborated with film director Quek Shio Chuan (Reservoir Production) and TBWA on this DiGi viral spot, which included some animated video projection synced to a street dancer's moves. Due to the nature of freestyle dance, the moves were recorded and analysed first before we plan and visualize the graphics interacting with the dancer's body cohesively.

Anugerah Blockbuster 2012
Anugerah Blockbuster is a prestigious Malaysian film industry awards event, which we were given honor to be the Official Designer to create TV Promo, Nominees Title Sequence and Programme Graphics Package.
With the urge to try something different by stepping away from the workstations and getting our hands dirty, the EyeBelieve team has gone into experimenting with miniature paper sculptures, macro lenses, a video projector and a whole bunch of odd movie props.
The process has resulted in a mesmerizing display of lights and color on geometric shapes juxtaposed with some abstract macro photography.

We were commissioned by Astro OAP to direct, design and animate promotional trailer, teasers, logo animation, character promo and posters for "Apokalips X", a Malaysian post-apocalyptic action film by Mamat Khalid. This is a character promo for the lead character "X" (Farid Kamil), which was shot in a chroma studio and composited in a CG background environment.

Lenovo ThinkStation 30/31 Series Product Tour
A collaboration with ClearSketch (USA) to create a promo video for Lenovo's latest workstation products using only still photographs of the computers, which were then assembled to create a 3D illusion for the animation. DiGi "Birds"
Once again, another successful collaboration between EyeBelieve and Director's ThinkTank in marrying live-action with organic computer graphic animation. Working very closely with film director Maurice Noone, we were given the opportunity to conceptualize and design the entire look and feel of the environment and character designs of the birds. The designs were then made into actual props with paper, cardboard, wood, cotton, rope, foam and even origami butterflies and flowers. The birds were modelled and animated in CG using real textures of paper and cardboard. Then they were all shot in stop-motion style on set and finally composited together to achieve the final surreal film.

Formula One PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix 2012
Working closely with Ng Choo Seong and the creative team at Leo Burnett Kuala Lumpur, we have produced visuals for the F1 Malaysian Grand Prix 2012 race event at the Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. Deliverables include buntings and banners for the KLCC tower entrance, circuit buntings, split buntings, ticket gantry and the SIC Petronas tower. We have also proposed motion graphic concept boards to announce race event details which are to be aired on dates leading up to the race events.

Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive
We were delighted to receive an open brief from Saatchi & Saatchi (Singapore) to create a 30-sec spot for Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive Facebook campaign. Blending 3D and 2D techniques to make the paper craft environment come to life, we delivered storyboards, styleframes, directed, animated and finished the entire spot with some minor casualty from paper cuts :)
Results: Over 20,000 Toyota fans “Liked” the page in the first week, with the fan base now sitting at over 62,000.

Suzuki Shogun Axelo 125
Pitch style frames designed for Suzuki Shogun Axelo (Indonesia) television commercial spot. Co-directed with film director Eugene Lim, the idea is to marry live-action of the talent/motorcycle with computer generated imagery of the background environment with visual effects. These still visuals were created over the course of 1 working day to support the advertising agency and production house in winning the job.
